Kamyar Shadan, (Founder, Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer)

Mr. Shadan is the founder of Diginome™ Inc. a Digital Data Integrity technology firm in the Silicon Valley. He invented the concept and methodology of creating a genome for digits and co-developed the technology with Paul Bertucci. Diginome is the first company to create a genome for any and all digital objects.

Prior to the founding of Diginome™ he was Chief Operating Officer of Coherity Inc. a Silicon Valley based Database Software Company which was later sold to Ipedo. He has served as a board member, provided corporate/financial strategy, executive coaching and raised venture capital for various companies over his career. His domestic and international advisory networks have included former CEO/Chairman of fortune 50 Companies along with Silicon Valley's serial entrepreneurs, thought leaders and executives.

He has served as President & COO of Internet Technology Group, a technology business accelerator, in the Silicon Valley.
He has worked at Morgan Stanley, where he co-led development of a specialized investment management group.

Mr. Shadan holds degrees in Bio-engineering, Industrial Organizational Psychology, with special studies in peak performance and holistic health. He has completed Law school programs in contracts, tort, criminal, Real Estate, Venture Capital Institute along with Executive programs at HAAS School of business.


Harry Van Wickle, (President & CEO)

Harry Van Wickle is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in transformational business situations including start-up, turn-around and M&A. Most recently he was the Chairman of Vitria Technology, a Business Process Management (BPM) software company and, for a 10 year period, a director at Komag Incorporated, a disk media innovator and manufacturer, including audit committee and audit committee chairman assignments.

He has been the CEO of two successful start-ups and spent nearly 20 years in 5 Asian countries in senior management positions. He has also held leadership positions at Texas Instruments, Schlumberger, AT&T, Honeywell and Cypress Semiconductor.

He is a graduate of Hobart College, Geneva, New York with a BS in Business and served as an officer in the United States Air Force.

Today, Harry serves as President and CEO and as a member of the board of directors of Diginome.


Paul Bertucci, (Chief Technology Officer)

Mr. Bertucci joined DiginomeTM, Inc. as a co-founder and has been pioneering development of the Diginome™ technology since inception. Mr. Bertucci and Mr. Shadan have collaborated in several prior ventures including one that involved XML databases products and large-scale high performance database consulting deployments. Mr. Bertucci is one of the worlds leading database architects and recognized globally for his data modeling, data analysis, database design, and performance and tuning abilities.

He holds a degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley. Mr. Bertucci has been engaged as Chief Data Architect for Autodesk and has held a Chief Data Architect role at Symantec Corporation. He has created and architected numerous complex software products in the database, performance and tuning, strategic planning and data integration server technology areas.


Frank Schneider, (Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Schneider joins Diginome as a proven entrepreneurial CFO. Previously, Frank has been CFO for several privately held and VC-backed start-up companies including Identicator, Inc., AVision, Inc., Identicator Technologies, and Teledex LLC.

In addition to VP Finance at Logistix, a $350 million contract manufacturer, he worked over 20 years at Xerox Corporation in a variety of finance-related management positions.

He has a B.A in Accounting from the University of Illinois and did graduate work at the University of Connecticut. He holds a CPA designation in the State of Illinois.


Al MacLeod, (VP World Wide Sales)

Mr. MacLeod joins Diginome as a proven entrepreneurial Sales Executive.

During the past couple of decades, Mr. MacLeod has lead software start-ups in go to market solutions for risk and compliance. He has also consulted with start up software companies that service Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of the West, HSBC, and Union Bank. In addition Mr. MacLeod has managed sales teams at Rapt, SAS, Verisign, MicroStrategy, Sterling Commerce, and Oracle; and was a sales executive at Computer Associates and Cullient Software. Prior to moving into the software industry, Mr. MacLeod worked at Bank of America, Crocker Bank and Bank of the West.

He has a B.A from the California State University.
